Rights to Use Models

All 3D models purchased on Modelium.club are provided under a limited, non-exclusive operating licence.

1. General restrictions

The Model may not be sold, shared, sublicensed, transferred, or redistributed to any other person or organisation in the same form in which it was downloaded from the Website.

You do not acquire ownership of the Model. You acquire only the right to use the Model in accordance with this licence.

2. Permitted use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the Model may be used as part of a final product, including but not limited to:

• creation of static or animated images and renders;
• use in video games or interactive applications, provided that end users do not have direct access to the Model files;
• use in printed materials such as posters, packaging, or merchandise;
• incorporation into a physical object, such as a 3D-printed figure, toy, decorative item, or prototype.

3. Prohibited use

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• reselling or distributing the Model as a standalone digital file;
• sharing the Model on marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or private channels;
• making the Model available for download by third parties;
• using the Model as part of another digital product intended for redistribution.

4. Use in software and digital products

If the Model is used in software, video games, simulators, or virtual environments, the Buyer must take reasonable technical measures to prevent extraction or access to the Model by end users. Such measures may include, but are not limited to:

• use of proprietary or closed file formats;
• encryption of Model data;
• storage in secure or password-protected databases;
• platform-level protection mechanisms (e.g. console-specific formats).

5. Responsibility

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Model complies with this licence and with applicable laws. Any misuse of the Model may result in licence termination without refund.
