REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products purchased on Modelium.club (the Website).

By completing a purchase on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products available on Modelium.club are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds and cancellations are subject to strict limitations as described below.

2. REFUND CONDITIONS

2.1. A refund may be granted only if the purchased digital product does not correspond to its description on the product page.

2.2. Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • you changed your mind after the purchase
  • the product was purchased by mistake
  • lack of experience or inability to use the product
  • loss of access due to the product being removed by the author after purchase

2.3. If you believe that a product does not match its description, you must clearly describe the discrepancy when submitting your request.

2.4. If the issue cannot be resolved by providing the correct version of the product or by clarifying the product description, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

3.2. There are no subscriptions or recurring payments associated with standard product purchases on Modelium.club, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

3.3. Termination of account usage does not entitle the Buyer to a refund for previously purchased digital products.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

4.1. Refund requests must be submitted through the official support or contact form available on the Website or via the user account, where applicable.

4.2. Requests must include:

  • order identification details
  • product name
  • a clear explanation of the issue

4.3. Requests submitted without sufficient information may not be reviewed.

5. WAIVER OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. By completing a purchase on Modelium.club, the Buyer expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content.

5.2. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. Each refund request is reviewed individually.

6.2. Modelium.club reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this Policy.

6.3. This Policy may be updated at any time. The current version is always available on the Website.
