2. USER ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Any registered user may act as a Buyer on the Website.

2.2. By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and any purchased products complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. PRODUCT PURCHASE

3.1. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to purchase a digital product from its author under the terms specified on the product page and in these Terms.

3.2. Prices displayed on the Website include the applicable platform fees unless stated otherwise.

3.3. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Modelium.club does not control exchange rates, bank fees, or payment provider charges.

5. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND ACCESS

5.1. Once payment is successfully completed, the purchased digital product becomes available for download.

5.2. Buyers are strongly advised to download purchased products immediately after purchase. Modelium.club does not guarantee long-term availability of products, as authors may remove their content.

5.3. Download conditions may vary depending on the purchase type:

  • Standard purchase – products may be downloaded from the Buyer’s account while the product remains available on the Website.
  • Discounted or promotional purchase – download access may be limited to a single download link provided by email. Future access may be limited to licence documentation only.

5.4. Modelium.club is not responsible for loss of access resulting from failure to download products in a timely manner.

6. LICENSING AND USE OF PRODUCT

6.1. When purchasing a digital product, the Buyer acquires a licence to use the product, not ownership of the digital files.

6.2. Intellectual property rights remain with the author, subject to the licence terms provided with the product.

6.3. Products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or made available to third parties as standalone digital files.

6.4. Any use of a product outside the scope of the licence is strictly prohibited.

7. INVOICES

7.1. Buyers may request invoices for eligible purchases, subject to applicable legal and tax requirements.

7.2. Invoice availability depends on the information provided during checkout and applicable regulations.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8.1. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are granted only if the product does not match its description on the product page.

8.2. Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • change of mind after purchase
  • accidental purchase
  • lack of experience or inability to use the product
  • loss of access due to product removal by the author
