What is Modelium.club?

Modelium.club is an online marketplace offering individual 3D models for 3D printing, visualization, and creative projects. We focus on single models rather than large bundles, so you only pay for what you actually need.

Purchasing Models

How do I buy a 3D model?
  1. Browse categories or use search to find a model
  2. Add the model to your cart
  3. Proceed to checkout
  4. Complete payment using an available payment method

After payment, the model becomes available for download.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment methods displayed on the checkout page, including major credit and debit cards processed through secure payment providers. Available options may vary by region.

Why can the final charged amount differ from the listed price?

The final amount may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates or bank processing fees applied by your payment provider. These differences are outside our control.

Downloads & Access

Where can I download my purchased model?

Once your purchase is completed, the model will be available:

  • in your user account under Purchases / Downloads
  • and/or via a download link sent to your email

We recommend downloading your files as soon as possible.

How long will my download be available?

Your downloads remain accessible in your account while the model is available on the Website. If a model is removed by the author, access may no longer be possible.I didn’t receive a download email. What should I do?

License & Usage

What rights do I get when purchasing a model?

You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the model, not ownership. The original author retains all intellectual property rights.

Can I resell or share the model?

No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the model in its original digital form is strictly prohibited.

Can I use the model for commercial purposes?

Yes, you may use the model as part of a final product (e.g. printed objects, renders, games), provided the original file is not redistributed or accessible to third parties.

Can I use models in games or apps?

Yes, as long as you take reasonable technical measures to prevent users from extracting or accessing the model files.

Refunds & Cancellations

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are only possible if the model significantly does not match its description on the product page.

When are refunds not granted?

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • you changed your mind;
  • the purchase was made by mistake;
  • you lack experience to use the model;
  • the model was removed after purchase and you did not download it in time.

File Formats & Technical Questions

What file formats are available?

Most models are provided in STL format. Additional formats may be listed on the individual product page.

The file does not open. What should I do?

Make sure you are using compatible software for 3D files (e.g. slicers or 3D editors) and a reliable archive extractor if the file is compressed.
